This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter, the "Law") and sets out the procedure by which the Operator of the website processes and protects information about individuals (hereinafter, the "User") that may be obtained when the User uses or receives services/goods or a non-exclusive licence provided, among other means, through the website, services, facilities and programs used by the Operator (hereinafter, the "website").

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of the personal information that the User provides about themselves when using the Site or the Services, or in the course of registration (creating an account) in order to purchase services.

Relations connected with the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of the Operator, and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

By registering on the Site and using the Site and the Services, the User expresses their full consent to the terms of this Policy. By registering on the Site and selecting the corresponding options, the User agrees to receive advertising and/or informational mailings from the Operator by means of SMS messages, e-mail messages or telephone calls.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, use of the Site and/or any available Services must be stopped immediately.

If the User does not agree to receive information from the Operator, the User may unsubscribe from the mailing:

  • by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail;
  • in the personal account on the Site, by deselecting the previously selected options;
  • by sending a notice to the e-mail address [email protected] or [email protected], or by telephone at +7 (989) 70-70-207.

The Personal Information Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User on the Internet while the User is using the website https://doctormikrukov.org and its subdomains (course.doctormikrukov.org, laserconf.doctormikrukov.org, laserbase.doctormikrukov.org, quiz.doctormikrukov.org) (hereinafter, the "Site") in the course of performing any agreements and contracts with the User.

Use of the Site constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and to the terms of processing of their personal information set out in it; if the User does not agree with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

1. Personal information processed by the Operator

1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information of the User" means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves in the course of using the Site, including the User's personal data. Information that is mandatory to provide is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at their own discretion.

  • The User's personal data processed by the Operator include: surname, first name, patronymic; mobile telephone number; e-mail address; social network and online service account data (links to the User's profiles on VKontakte, Skype, Google, Twitter, etc.); image; date of birth; profession; passport issue details, including the date of issue and the issuing department code;
  • The User's personal data processed by the Operator include: surname, first name; mobile telephone number; e-mail address; social network and online service account data (links to the User's profiles on VKontakte, Facebook, Skype, Google, Twitter, etc.); registration address (where a course participant certificate is sent); cookie files.
  • The personal data of a User registered on the Site for a Free Lesson include the following personal data: first name; telephone; e-mail address; cookie files.

1.1.2. Data that are automatically transmitted to the Site in the course of its use by means of software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Site), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the Site, the addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

1.1.3. Other information about the User whose processing is provided for by the terms of use of individual pages of the Site.

1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of using the Site, which in turn does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the Site, including in search results.

1.3. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess the User's legal capacity. However, the Operator proceeds on the basis that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing inaccurate or insufficient information are set out in the User Agreement.

2. Purposes of processing Users' personal information

2.1. The Operator collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for providing the Site or for performing agreements and contracts with the User, except where the law requires personal information to be retained for a period established by law.

2.2. The Operator processes the personal information of the Site User for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the party within the Site, agreements and contracts;

2.2.2. Providing the User with access to the Site and performing agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notices, requests and information concerning the use of the Site and the performance of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

2.2.4. Improving the quality of the Site and its ease of use;

2.2.5. Sending advertising (informational) materials;

2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other research on the basis of anonymised data.

2.2.7. In any use of the Site, for personal data that are automatically transmitted to the Operator in the course of using the Site by means of software installed on the User's device. The User is deemed to have given consent to the processing of their personal data at the moment they begin using the Site.

3. Conditions of processing Users' personal information

3.1. The Operator stores Users' personal information in accordance with its internal regulations.

3.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access by an unlimited number of persons. When using certain sections of the Site, the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. The Operator is entitled to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The User has consented to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use certain sections of the Site or for the performance of a particular agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of a procedure established by law;

3.3.4. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties in cases where the User violates the Site's User Agreement, this Policy, or the documents containing the terms of use of the Site.

3.4. When processing Users' personal data, the Operator is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

4. Modification and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data retention

4.1. The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal information provided by them, or any part of it, using the personal data editing function on the site.

4.2. The rights provided for in clause 4.1 of this Policy may be restricted in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include an obligation to retain the information modified or deleted by the User for the period established by law and to transfer such information to a state authority in accordance with the procedure established by law.

5. Processing of personal information using cookies and counters

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

5.2. Cookie files transmitted by the Site to the User's equipment and by the User's equipment to the Site may be used by the Operator to provide the User with personalised sections, for advertising shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the operation of the relevant sections of the Site.

5.3. The User is aware that the hardware and software used by them to visit the Site on the Internet may have a function for prohibiting operations with cookie files (for any websites or for certain websites), as well as for deleting previously received cookie files.

5.4. The Operator is entitled to establish that a certain section of the Site may be provided only on condition that the acceptance and receipt of cookie files are permitted by the User.

5.5. The structure of a cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined by the Operator and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

5.6. Counters placed on the Site may be used to analyse the User's cookie files, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Site, and to ensure the operability of the Site as a whole or of its individual functions. The technical parameters of the counters' operation are determined by the Operator and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6. Measures applied to protect the User's personal information

6.1. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties with it, for example:

  • A person responsible for the processing of personal data has been appointed;
  • The Operator exercises constant control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and over the level of protection of personal data information systems.

7. Changes to the Personal Data Processing Policy

7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made, the current edition indicates the date of the last update. The new edition of the Policy enters into force from the moment it is posted on the official website https://doctormikrukov.org/policy/.

7.2. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and to the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of this Policy.
