On 3 August, Vitaly Mikryukov opened the second day of the 2nd Multinational Permanent Makeup Congress in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. He gave a lecture on the specific features of red pigment.
In his talk, Dr. Mikryukov covered the composition of the pigment, possible allergic reactions and the specifics of removing it with a laser. He also pointed out the regulatory documents that set out safety requirements for pigments.
The Multinational Permanent Makeup Congress in Rostov-on-Don has been held for the second year in a row. This time, speakers from 16 countries took part, including industry gurus from Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, the USA, Estonia, Switzerland and Ukraine. In total, the congress brought together 200 participants.
